Thanks to a gift card from Christmas and my friend Mel providing free childcare, Chris and I got to go see The Dark Knight.

I won't spoil anyone, but I'm just gonna say I fucking loved it so much. I went in with high expectations, and was still blown away. Go see this movie.

And we still don't have a car. No theft insurance either, so you can imagine the stress level in our house right now.

Usually I avoid films that have high potential to really scare me (the only type of horror I can take is comedy-horror like in Shaun of the Dead), but so far everyone I know that has seen it have given Dark Knight really good reviews. My brother's going to see it on the 25th so I'll probably tag along.

I'm also really sorry to hear about what's happened to your car

What type of f--kwit does something like that? I really hope the police eventually find out who did it :< Isn't there a possibility of you getting some kind of courtesy-car?
